How do I make a return?

Please contact us via email info@montessoritriangle.com or head to our contact page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer free returns.

How do I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at official@montessoritriangle.com or via Contact Us form.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Do your wooden produncts have a warranty?

Our wooden products are protected by a limited two-year warranty, which means that if you have any issues in your second year, we’ll fix or replace it.

Can I return my products?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect all items upon delivery. After the 30-day return window has closed, we will not accept any returns/refunds.  

Order tracking, cancellation, changes

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order with no additional charges if you notify us before your shipment is processed.

If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away.

Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customer's expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.

How to track my order?

An email will be sent to you after the order has been sent. The email will inform you of the logistics number issued, you can use it to check your logistics information.

Can I change my order address?

After we receive your order, we will arrange to ship it quickly. Please contact us in time and we will help you to modify your address if your order has not been sent out yet. Orders that have been sent out do not support address changes

We are committed to providing quality wooden toys for children aged 0-6 years worldwide. Help each child become a beter self is our pursuit.

Are the materials of your products safe?

All produnct are used non-toxic, FSC certified wood.

It is vital that any toys coming into contact with a baby or child are safe, especially as babies love to explore by putting things in their mouths!

Is the product assembly strong enough?

We make sure our toys are safe and strong. But to ensure the safety of children, please watch your child play
